EXIT Realty buys Red Realty

EAST PROVIDENCE – EXIT Realty Consultants announced last week that it acquired Red Realty, an independent brokerage in East Providence.
EXIT Realty owner Manny Menezes said Red Realty’s nine employees have joined his company at its East Providence offices. EXIT now employees 19 people, including Menezes. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“It’s a great thing,” Menezes said of the merger. “It’s definitely created some buzz in East Providence.”
EXIT Realty says it provides sales associates with residual income over and above their own transactions and an enhanced retirement and beneficiary benefit, unique perks in the real estate industry.
