Fall River launches property database

FALL RIVER – The Fall River Office of Economic Development has launched an online database of available commercial properties.
The database includes properties for sale or lease, along with their square footage, their price and any notes.
“This database is another tool in assisting potential business development for the downtown and waterfront areas as well as for business establishment citywide,” the office said in a news release.
The database recently listed eight commercial spaces, including five at 139 South Main St. Other spaces listed included those at 1 Currant Road, 390 Airport Road and 456 Rock St., the former Carr Osborn House.
Prices per square foot range from $5.75 to $8 a square foot. The 231-square-foot office at the Carr Osborn House was listed for a flat $500 rent. &#8226
