“Our hospitality-first mindset is what keeps members coming back,” CEO Carlos Ventura said. “Everything else flows from that. When that trust is met with food they love and service they can count on, loyalty follows.”

Since 2022, Feast & Fettle’s revenue jumped 82.9% from $19.8 million to $36.2 million in 2024. That growth allowed the company to not only expand its nearly 300-employee workforce but also its reach – moving into New York City this year. After acquiring New York-based Ipsa Provisions and launching in Brooklyn, N.Y., and Lower Manhattan, the company opened to all of Manhattan in August.
