
SMITHFIELD – A flexible space industrial building most recently owned by Benny’s has been sold to a Connecticut company, according to land records. Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal of Providence was the exclusive broker.
The commercial property at 333 Waterman Ave. was sold by Barmal Realty Corp. to Al’s Real Estate Holding LLC, a company based in East Windsor, Conn., according to Smithfield land records.

Barmal Realty is the real estate holding corporation associated with Benny’s.
The sale price was $690,000. The transaction closed on Feb. 25, according to a warranty deed signed by Barmal vice president Howard Bromberg.
The 8.5-acre site includes a 15,360-square-foot building and 7,050 square feet of cold-storage contractor units, according to the Sweeney listing.
