How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We granted employees an additional vacation day. We provided $100 gift cards to employees right before Thanksgiving. We also gave a surprise $1,000 bonus to all employees to lessen the financial impact caused by inflation.

What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We provided more than 60 employee engagement activities over the course of the year. Some include Halloween costume contests, a Red Sox Opening Day food truck celebration, a May Day breakfast served by senior managers, and a Monthly Birthday Breakfast hosted by the CEO.
