Teams challenge one another to get in the most steps and aren’t afraid to go interstate: The 43 Rhode Island employees have gone up against the company’s 89 employees in Georgia, said Sue Smith, the company’s human resources director. “If Georgia won, we’d send them down a New England clam boil. If we won, Georgia would fly up an employee there who cooks great barbecue and he’d cook for the crowd.”
