Jason Case | Case Snow Management Inc. president and CEO
As a snow-management company, there are countless critical elements to our operation – from an expansive fleet of heavy equipment to the latest technologies and understanding the needs of our customers.
But from the outset we built the foundation of our business on valuing our team.
We start by fully acknowledging our diverse team’s makeup, answering their needs and making their work experience uniquely superior.
We have an average of 50 full-time, year-round employees, nearly 1,000 seasonal part-time employees and a service partner network of more than 500 subcontractors in states from New England to Illinois.
In addition to competitive salaries and benefits, we’ve outfitted our recently constructed headquarters in North Attleboro with the latest technology resources, and amenities [such as] a gym and quiet room. We purchase new equipment and vehicles with the latest features every year, offering the best possible working conditions.
Our extensive training programs for both seasonal workers and subcontractors focus on safety and preparedness to ensure these members of our team feel fully equipped for each season.
We also know that the success of our service partners is our success, and they don’t have to work for us. We have entire teams devoted to ensuring they thrive. In addition to training programs and comprehensive payment terms and contracts, we have continued to invest in the latest technology to enhance the process of working with us.
Valuing our people has yielded undeniable results, making it a strong foundation to build on.
