PAWTUCKET – Hasbro Inc. is poised to release adult party game parody editions of some of its classic board games, the company announced Thursday.

The line of products includes “The Game of Life: Quarter Life Crisis,” “Sorry! Not Sorry!,” “Botched Operation,” “Clue:What Happened Last Night? Lost in Vegas” and “Mystery Date: Catfished.”

The games are targeted to older board game players with dark twists to Hasbro standby classics.

For instance, The Game of Life: Quarter Life Crisis Edition features a jaded version of the classic in which players rack up debts and try to clear them to win. The Operation parody features a scenario in which the doctors have breathed in too much laughing gas, and the parody of Clue is based around characters waking up from a wild night in Las Vegas.
