What employee recognition program does your staff like the most? The You’re Tagged Program encourages staff to express gratitude for assisting in projects, going the extra mile to make a program successful, and to highlight great work.
What was a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) in 2017? In 2017, our Summer Hours Program was very popular. Starting after Memorial Day, we changed to half days on Fridays to encourage staff to enjoy summer activities and weather.
