EAST GREENWICH – A historic farmhouse at 62 Somerset St. in East Greenwich has sold for $1.15 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd., which represented the sellers.

The four bed, three bath, 3,340-square-foot farmhouse was constructed in 1870. Located in the Hill & Harbour District in East Greenwich, offers an open concept design of the living area, featuring a chef’s kitchen with professional-grade appliances, quartz counters, and a butler’s pantry.

The home’s second floor includes a large bedroom with sitting area, walk in closet and master bathroom, with three additional bedrooms, a full tile bath with glass enclosed shower and a laundry room.

The property includes a 430-square foot outbuilding.
