BARRINGTON – A spacious colonial overlooking Smith’s Pond in Barrington sold on Aug. 25 for $1.1 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd., which had agents representing both buyer and seller.
The house at 14 Quincy Adams Road is the 17th sale in Barrington that has exceeded $1 million this year, according to a news release.
The four-bedroom house features hardwood floors and water views. It has a chef’s kitchen and a master bedroom with a private balcony.
