Caroline Skuncik, current vice president and senior project manager of the commission will serve as acting executive director until the position is filled.

“Peter brought a wealth of private sector experience to the commission,” said Robert Davis, chair of the commission. “His insights into the world of real estate investment and development were a tremendous asset to the commission, and I am thrilled for him that he has such a great opportunity to return to that work. We will miss his expertise but we are fortunate to have talented individual like Caroline Skuncik able to step into the role.”

McNally started in the executive director role in September 2015. Before coming to the I-195 Redevelopment District Commission, Mr. McNally was managing director serving as head of BlackRock Real Estate’s Global Client Group in New York City.
