JAMESTOWN – An oceanfront Jamestown estate was sold for $2.5 million in January 2018, according to Island Realty RI.

The 3-acre estate at 302 East Shore Road overlooks the East Passage in Narragansett Bay and includes 200 feet of private shoreline, including two moorings. The property was built in 1959 and renovated in 2005. It is the most expensive property sold in Jamestown this year, according to an Island Realty RI press release.
