A recent study by J.D. Power and Associates ranked Coldwell Banker among the large real estate firms customers are most satisfied with. The study ranked Coldwell Banker No. 1 in home-seller satisfaction and No. 2 in homebuyer satisfaction.
Coldwell Banker has nine offices in Rhode Island and a handful in southeastern Massachusetts and dozens of others across the county. The J.D. Power and Associates compared the firm on a nationwide basis against Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Century 21, Prudential, ERA and GMAC. The study incorporated more than 3,100 evaluations from 2,801 respondents who bought or sold a home between April 2008 and June 2009. The survey was fielded between April and June 2009.
