NARRAGANSETT – Janet Kermes, who sold the most expensive property in 2018 in Narragansett, has joined Residential Properties Ltd., according to a news release.
Kermes was previously a sales agent for many years for Lila Delman Real Estate.

Kermes has lived in South County for more than 20 years. She was the top-ranked sales agent in the Narragansett market in 2017 and 2018, according to the release.
A 15-year real estate agent, she previously worked in sales for Polo/Ralph Lauren at its New York headquarters. She has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
