“We listen, respond to needs and adjust our offerings year to year so employees can come to work every day and help take care of our patients,” said Greg Salgueiro, director of well-being at Rhode Island’s largest health care group, based in Providence.

The health care system has two on-site counselors available for outreach, education and training, and a virtual platform for 24/7 access to therapy.
