PROVIDENCE – Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services has added appraisal management to its list of services in Rhode Island, after obtaining the required license.
The company, headquartered in Providence, is licensed in 40 states and maintains its licensure as states revise requirements. The most recent license for Rhode Island certifies it as an Appraisal Management Company.
It is the only appraisal management company with a national footprint based in Rhode Island, according to President and Chief Valuations Officer George Demopulos.
