LINCOLN – Lincoln Freight Terminal Inc. sold a 213,500-square-foot industrial building on nearly 6 acres recently for $1.4 million.

The property, at 50 Industrial Circle, was sold to 50 Industrial Circle LLC. The closing was announced Feb. 2.

The property has two major tenants and a long history of use as public storage. Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate and Appraisal represented Lincoln Freight Terminal.

George Paskalis of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
