What three words best describe your staff? Loyal, passionate, talented.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Our employees have the opportunity to have a voice in marketing materials through testimonials, and there are many company functions throughout the year, such as core management meetings off-site, as well as companywide gatherings to build camaraderie and a team-focused environment.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? The culture of the company is driven and focused, while also encouraging employee voices in an open forum where everyone is held accountable, but they are also given the support and resources to be successful.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? One of our core philosophies is promotion from within, as we want people to grow within the organization, and provide an opportunity for entry-level staff to be promoted if they have the talent, desire and applicable skill set. We continually hire new staff from the outside when needed, and they are offered the same opportunities for training and support.
