What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We have different event nights for staff and their families. Each October, we have a family day at a local farm in Lincoln, we have had a cooking night where we hired a wellness expert to teach us to make a healthy meal and we also spent a night at the Roger Williams holiday lights display, as well as many other activities sprinkled throughout the year.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Each year, through the Marasco & Nesselbush Charitable Foundation, we support numerous charitable efforts and organizations that improve the lives of people throughout our communities. We encourage everyone on our team to contribute to the foundation and participate in our community events. Our continued investment and involvement in our own community are integral components of our firm’s core philosophy and value system.
