How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We have adapted programs based on team surveys and one-on-ones. We have continued our hybrid program and made changes to improve that by offering flexibility with the days when being hybrid. We also have focused on mental health by initiating early-leave opportunities.

What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We offer team-building days, staff appreciation week, summer Fridays, family day events, and just because days where we go off-site to relax and spend time together.

How do you support community service work by your employees? We have an employee-funded charitable foundation that allows team members to sit on a board to help decide not only where we are donating financially but also where we will donate our time to volunteer. When volunteering, it is paid time.
