The listing is held by the Leisure Investment Properties Group of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, of Tampa. Rob Waldron is the lead investment adviser.
In a news release, Waldron said the 18-hole private, member-owned club is seeking investment for a rejuvenation of the facilities. The site is not being marketed for redevelopment into other uses, such as mixed-use or residential, he said.
The country club includes a nearly 22,000-square-foot clubhouse with a 200-seat banquet room, grill and dining room.
It is located adjacent to a redevelopment area off Veterans Memorial Parkway that will become a residential and commercial mixed-use district on the waterfront. Another redevelopment nearby is nearing completion.
