PROVIDENCE – A custom-built midcentury modern home near Blackstone Boulevard has sold for $1.3 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd., whose agent, Jim DeRentis, represented the buyers as the selling agent.
It is the third time DeRentis has sold the property, which was built in 1959.
The home at 309 Freeman Parkway includes mahogany siding, a new roof, and an interior that has an open concept design and a double living room.
The property last sold in 2018 for $1.6 million, according to online real estate records.

The identity of the new owner was not immediately available.
