MPM hires Survey Advantage

JAMESTOWN – Survey Advantage, an online survey and market-research firm, has been hired by MPM Property Management of Providence to provide customized tenant feedback.
MPM provides property, construction and parking management and will have Survey Advantage design semi-annual email-based surveys to solicit anonymous feedback from current tenants.
The surveys are designed to maintain high occupancy rates and will query tenants on issues such as the appearance and condition of the buildings, amenities and services, and the performance of the property management team.
