WARWICK – ClarkSilva, a new accounting firm, has been launched by two former DiSanto, Priest & Co. senior managers, the company announced last week.
Keith Clark and Benjamin Silva said their firm will be targeted at small and midsized business owners. Clark said the impetus to form the firm stemmed from the sale of many local accounting firms to national firms. The two wanted to form a local accounting firm to service local businesses.

Clark said the office will be a paperless office and will employ the use of artificial intelligence, big data, web-based marketing and virtual accounting. He also said the firm doesn’t charge a billable hour, but rather works mainly off of fees for specific projects.
The firm officially launched on Nov. 11. Clark said the company is currently in the process of condition hiring but noted that the company already has a client base, as the firm is on track to do more than $1 million in revenue in 2020.
The company said in its announcement that it will welcome roughly eight new staff members but did not specify how many of those employees will be accountants.
“We are extremely excited for ClarkSilva,” Clark said. “We look forward to serving our small-business community as an alternative to the large national and regional accounting firms. We are small-business owners representing small-business owners.”
Keith Clark’s and Benjamin Silva’s existing practices will transfer to ClarkSilva, which will welcome a new client base through rapid organic growth.
The firm is a full-service, certified public accounting firm providing tax planning and compliance, assurance and advisory services.
The firm has clients across the real estate, construction, manufacturing, health care and professional-services sectors.
