New apartment building near Providence Station offers move-in incentives

PROVIDENCE – Station Row, the apartment building that opened last year at 10 Park Row West, near Providence Station, is offering a hefty move-in incentive to tenants who move in by the end of September.

The project, originally called the Commons at Providence Station, is offering a month and a half of free rent to tenants who move in by Sept. 30, as well as a month of free parking.

The website for the project includes the schedule for departing and arriving trains on the adjacent tracks.

The $54 million building, constructed with state incentives, including Rebuild Rhode Island tax credits, features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
