What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? Recently, we rolled out a mental health initiative to include monthly wellness newsletters, a wellness workshop, reimbursement for therapy and even a mental health app called Headspace for employees to utilize. We also have a Peloton at our office and participate in companywide 5Ks. Lastly, we offer healthy snacks and seltzer water in our breakroom.

What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We are steadfast in our efforts to create a safe and unified workspace. This includes asking questions during the interview process around diversity, equity and inclusion. Every person who walks through our doors or onto one of our job sites needs to feel welcome and respected.
