In Rhode Island, Pierce Atwood has hired a new partner, Brooks R. Magratten – formerly an attorney with Providence’s Vetter & White – to run the office.
Magratten will be joined by associate attorney Michael J. Daly, also formerly of Vetter & White. Daly’s practice is concentrated in admiralty law and commercial and insurance litigation.
Magratten and Daly will join the firm’s litigation practice group.
