The home, which has an ocean view, is located on 1.2 acres of land in the Easton’s Point neighborhood, features multiple balconies and decks facing the water.
According to town assessor records, the three-story house includes four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. In the backyard, there’s a 684-square-foot pool and a 452-square-foot patio, property records show. There’s also a two-car garage, and the home features a towering chimney.
The 4,482-square-foot house was originally custom built by Kirby Perkins Construction, which is based in Middletown.
The property was last assessed by the town in 2020 to be worth $1.49 million, according to public records. It wasn’t immediately clear who the property was sold to, but town records show that the home was owned by Jane Corcoran since 2006.
