PROVIDENCE – A newly built two-family home on the East Side of Providence recently sold for $1.27 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd., which represented the seller in this transaction.
The 31-33 Sargent Ave. property is a 3,400-square-foot duplex with three levels – a finished raised basement, the first floor and the upper story, according to property records.

Each unit in the building contains three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half-bathroom.
The property also features a walkout deck, quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets and hardwood floors throughout the home, according to Residential Properties.
The home, with a vinyl siding exterior, comes with four parking spaces and off-street parking behind the building, Residential Properties said.
The property was most recently valued by Providence assessors in fiscal 2024 as being worth a total of $473,300, according to the city’s online property tax evaluation database.
Residential Properties sales associate Scott Veloso, of the Bessette Veloso Group, represented the seller, while Jessica Nuttall, of Keller Williams Realty, represented the buyer.
According to the warranty deed, a public record of the property sale, the home was sold by 31 Sargent Ave LLC, a limited liability company based in Providence and managed by Kent Lorenz, and it was purchased by Miao Wang, of Providence.
