NEWPORT – A Victorian home with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms sold recently for $2.1 million, marking the highest sale in the Kay/Catherine neighborhood this year, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, which represented the buyers.
The house at 104 Old Beach Road has 8,400 square feet of living space and sits on a three-quarter-acre lot. The three-story structure has modern amenities but also custom woodwork, including millwork and moldings, according to Mott & Chace.
Lila Delman Real Estate represented the sellers. The house was built in 2001 by Mark Horan, the real estate company reported, and is within walking distance of Newport amenities, including beaches and The Cliff Walk.
