Pat Connors, executive vice president of Kent Washington Board of Realtors, has received a certificate of non-profit management from Duke University. The program is designed to meet the leadership needs of Realtor Association executives and address the day-to-day challenges of running a non-profit organization. The course includes technology management, leadership, legal issues, public relations, human resource development, fiscal management and working with volunteers.
