PAWTUCKET – The property at 9 Kenilworth Way has sold for $727,500, the highest ever price in the municipality, according to Mott and Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Monday.

The home includes 5,134 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, and a private yard with a patio and screened porch. It is located in the Oak Hill neighborhood in Pawtucket, which is minutes from Hope Street, Blackstone Boulevard and downtown Providence, according to Residential Properties Ltd.

The property, originally listed for $649,000, was built in 1937 and later remodeled by Site Specific.

The sellers were represented by the Taylor & Associates team of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, while the buyers were represented by Rebecca Mayer of Residential Properties.
