
WARWICK – Bucking the economic downturn, IT services firm PC Troubleshooters Inc. recently completed an expansion of its office space as the company continues to see sales growth.
The Warwick-based company said it more than doubled the size of its production and workshop space on Jefferson Boulevard in recent months to accommodate growing demand. The firm said its total physical space has more than tripled in size since it moved from Providence to Warwick in 2005.

“We are thrilled that in this down economy our customers still depend on our deep expertise and reliable high-quality service,” said Eric M. Shorr, president of PC Troubleshooters and a one-time honoree in Providence Business News’ annual 40 Under Forty awards.
“Our new space reflects our aggressive growth plans,” Shorr said. “We plan to keep our momentum going with a targeted growth for 2009 of 20 to 25 percent.” The company has reported annual revenue growth averaging 30 percent over the past five years, making it one of the fastest-growing companies in Rhode Island.
