WARWICK – The IT services firm PC Troubleshooters Inc. has announced that it is partnering with the security service provider MX Logic Inc. to provide managed e-mail, Web security and message archiving systems to its customers.
PC Troubleshooters customers will now have access to the MX Logic Email Defense Service and the MX Logic Web Defense Service. PC Troubleshooters said in a news release that the services will “provide customers with an effective first line of defense at the network perimeter to prevent vulnerabilities and threats such as spam, worms, and spyware from entering a managed network.”

Other MX Logic services PC Troubleshooters will be offering include message archiving to allow e-mail storage; a message continuity system that protects e-mail systems from outages; and a “fail-safe” service that provides five days of rolling e-mail storage to prevent the loss of e-mails.

Shorr is forecasting 20 to 25 percent growth this year for his firm, which expanded its office space last month.
