Planned Parenthood building in Jewelry District sells for $1.8M

PROVIDENCE – Planned Parenthood of Southern New England Inc. has sold its building in the Jewelry District for $1.8 million, according to city real estate records. The building, at 111 Point St., will become new offices for a pediatric dentist business.

The transaction was recorded June 11. Planned Parenthood sold the property to Braniff Giant LLC. The mortgage documents, for the amount of the sale, were signed by Thomas Mulvey, a pediatric dentist and an owner of Providence Pediatric Dentistry, now operating on the East Side at 148 Waterman St.
