Providence College student chosen as campus compact Newman Civic Fellow

PROVIDENCE – Boston-based nonprofit organization, Campus Compact, announced Phoebee Jean, a member of Providence College’s Class of 2019, has been chosen for one of its Newman Civic Fellowships.

One of 273 students chosen this year, the year-long Newman Civic Fellowship recognizes college students who have researched solutions for challenges facing communities throughout the country and abroad.

A native of Lynn, Mass., Jean attended Lynn Classical High School and graduated in 2015.
