PROVIDENCE – A city Department of Public Works employee who is facing charges for allegedly stealing coins from parking meters has been fired, WPRI-TV CBS 12 reported on Monday.  Kristopher Stetson, 46, was charged in November with three counts each of embezzlement, larceny and driving without the consent of the owner.  Stetson, who had been working for the city since 2001,
