PROVIDENCE – The J. Richmond Fales House, located at 436 Blackstone Blvd., in Providence’s East Side sold for $1,650,000 on June 21, according to Residential Properties Ltd.
The home was built in 1928 by architect Marshall B. Martin for J. Richmond Fales, a textile-manufacturing executive and Brown University alumnus.
The brick Tudor Revival style home boasts six bedrooms, four total baths and two half baths. The house has been modernized with an in-house gym, a modern kitchen and a temperature-controlled wine room. The two-and-a-half story house also has a private back patio, vaulted ceilings, three fireplaces and sits on a 10,018 square foot lot.
