What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? We have encouraged our employees to take advantage of the employee assistance program we offer to help them cope with any mental health, financial or other challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Yes, we transitioned to a remote work environment mid-March for all employees. It was done seamlessly and successfully. Though we had a work-from-home option pre-pandemic, it was not widely used. However, looking to the future we expect the work-from-home option to be embraced more readily.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We provide eligible employees one standard working day of paid time off per year in the form of a volunteer day during company hours to donate their time to a 501(c)3 charitable organization. In addition, we coordinate volunteer opportunities for groups of employees to participate in.
