PURVIS Systems wins sensors, sonar contract

MIDDLETOWN – PURVIS Systems, an engineering and information technology firm in Middletown, was awarded a $6.3 million contract by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport to provide configuration management and maintenance services to the NUWC department that develops and operates the U.S. Navy’s sensors and sonar systems.

Under the contract, PURVIS will provide hardware and software configuration management services, database maintenance and at-sea test support.

In addition, PURVIS will provide equipment maintenance, physical configuration audits and supply depot management services.
