PROVIDENCE – The R.I. State Police issued 267 citations and warnings and arrested four drivers for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs over the Memorial Day weekend, the State Police announced this week.
Citations and warnings included violations of seat belt and child restraint laws, use of handheld devices, use of earphone and headsets, and speeding.
