R.I.’s first plasma-collection center opens in Warwick

WARWICK – CSL Plasma Center became the state’s first plasma-donation center when it opened at 1775 Bald Hill Road on Feb. 6, WJAR-TV NBC 10 reported. Plasma is the liquid that carries red and white blood cells. The company will pay donors $50 each time they donate plasma, which can’t be done more than twice
