LINCOLN – RWBHC Inc., an HVAC mechanical contractor headquartered in Lincoln that does business as R.W. Bruno, was sold to GEM Plumbing & Heating LLC, also of Lincoln, ROI Corp. announced Thursday.

ROI Corp. represented R.W. Bruno in the transaction. R.W. Bruno employs 20. The company’s owner Glenn Bruno will stay on with the company to help manage the firm’s commercial division.
“We’re very pleased to be transitioning our business to GEM and I look forward to being part of this new organization,” said Bruno.
GEM Plumbing & Heating has more than 250 employees and over 165 trucks, making it one of the largest service companies in the United States, according to ROI Corp. GEM does works in Rhode Island, as well as in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
