PROVIDENCE – Marketing and public relations company RDW Group and its web design and strategies sub-brand, iFactory, announced it has hired 12 new employees over the past year in Providence and Boston.

The 12 hires increase the company’s ranks to 86 employees, growing RDW’s digital and interactive market offerings. Of the hires, five of the dozen will be employed in RDW’s Providence office.

Ethan Borchelt, Giselle Mahoney and Bianca Micheletti have been added to the Providence office as account executives. Also coming on board in Providence are Marisa Meyers as a digital marketing strategist and Marian Visona as a marketing analytics strategist.

Joining the iFactory office in Boston are Neil Arnold as senior Drupal developer, Robert Bernier as a junior developer, Doug Chan as a junior Drupal developer, Allison Griggs as associate producer, Zack Hanerfeld in the role of interactive business development, Iona Holloway as interactive designer, and Eric Volkernick as a Drupal developer.
