The pandemic led the Cranston-based consulting firm to significant growth in revenue and capacities. Michael Beauregard, the firm’s managing principal, said Reach Consulting transitioned to a more distributed leadership model.
“This shift not only maintained our growth trajectory but also amplified it, driving productivity gains that continue to positively impact our company to this day,” Beauregard said.
Reach Consulting also added skilled team members and expanded its service offerings, including texting, direct mail and a wide range of digital advertising – from deep experience in Google Ads to newer platforms such as dating apps, TikTok and Snapchat.
Beauregard also said operational efficiencies implemented over the past two years have significantly increased productivity and work capacity.
“We look forward to launching new marketing campaigns for both the company and our clients to drive even more growth in the coming year,” he said.
