PROVIDENCE – Regan Communications Group, a national PR agency with local offices at 127 Dorrance St., announced Friday it has acquired Barry R. Epstein Associates of Boca Raton, Fla., for an undisclosed amount.
“We’ve been looking carefully for the right opportunity to expand our footprint in Florida, and this is the perfect fit,” said Regan Communications Chairman and Founder George K. Regan Jr. “Barry has achieved great success and visibility in the market, and we’re confident we can make an immediate impact both with his existing clients and expanding through the region.”
Epstein was first launched in July 1979 as a PR, marketing, association management and political consulting firm and its clients have included: Tyco International, Tribune Company and the Design Center of the Americas.
Regan has offices in Providence, Boston, New York, Cape Cod, Hartford and West Palm Beach, Fla. In Providence its client roster includes Mohegan Sun, Newport Restaurant Group, Bank of America and the Chow Fun Food Group.
