SWANSEA – BayCoast Mortgage Co. LLC, a subsidiary of BayCoast Bank, has named Louis A. Rego as vice president and sales team leader, the Swansea-based company announced.
The Warren resident will provide direction, instruction and guidance to mortgage originators on his team, the company said.

Rego previously served the company as assistant vice president. He has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining BayCoast in 1998, he was the owner and broker at Rego Realty.

Briand. “He has been a valued member of our organization for over 20 years, consistently demonstrating his real estate and mortgage lending expertise and strong leadership skills.”
Rego is a longtime member of the Warren-Barrington Rotary, where he has served as president three times in 20 years. He also is vice chairman of the Warren Housing Authority and a member of the Historic Warren Armory. In addition, he served on the Warren Town Council for 12 years and was a member of the Bristol-Warren Joint Finance Committee.
