RE/MAX Professionals opens commercial division

EAST GREENWICH – RE/MAX Professionals has jumped into the commercial real estate market the company announced last week.
The firm established last month a commercial real estate division headed by Vin Meola and Bob Countie. Len Iannuccilli, who co-owns the company with his brother David, said the division becomes the only RE/MAX commercial division in the state.
“There’s a lot of businesses that are looking for a more high-profile marketing plan,” Iannuccilli said.
Iannuccilli said the company plans to list all types of commercial real estate from shopping centers to vacant land to industrial properties. The company plans to tap commercial listings statewide and generate leads from residential RE/MAX agents.
Iannuccilli said those agents often hear their clients mention moves their businesses plan to make. Iannuccilli hopes to capitalize on the already established relationship to draw business.
RE/MAX Professionals is currently recruiting agents to work for the commercial division.
The company, founded in 1985, presently has about 70 associates.
