PROVIDENCE – Residential Properties Ltd. has been named to the Real Trends 500 listing, a ranking of the Top 500 residential real estate companies in the U.S.
The brokerage, based in Providence, was recently ranked first in the state, in both gross volume and residences sold, in the Providence Business News 2017 Book of Lists.
The company reported $789,129,644 in gross sales in 2016, yielding a ranking on the list of 314. It reported 1,886 transactions, for 490th placement.
